Kathryn Shilling

Kathryn Shilling has practiced for over 30 years, most of which was doing litigation. She spent the first four-and-a half years of her career as an intern and a briefing attorney for the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas, Texas, and staff attorney for the Second District Court of Appeals in Fort Worth, Texas.

Kathryn’s experience includes catastrophic injury defense; product liability, premises liability, construction, employment litigation; insurance coverage, civil appellate matters, insurance bad faith litigation and commercial litigation. Kathryn’s civil appellate experience includes over 25 appeals in both state and federal courts.

Kathryn Shilling was born in Frankfurt, Germany, but grew up in Texas. Kathryn received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law.

Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, and all things Disney.
