Erica Mackey

Erica Mackey was born in New York and raised in Plano, TX. Erica received her Bachelors of Law and European Studies from the University of Limerick in Ireland. In 2011 Erica moved to Oklahoma City to attend law school and graduated in 2014 with her Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law and is certificated in American Indian Law.  

Upon graduating from law school, Erica immersed herself in the intricate realm of civil litigation. Within a few short years, Erica was recognized for her research and writing skills and was named Partner at Shelton, Walkley, Mackey. Erica is known amongst her peers as a formidable attorney in litigation preparation. 

In 2021, Erica joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as in-house counsel. The expertise Erica brings to Holden Litigation is unparalleled, as she not only has extensive litigation experience but also a personal perspective of how insurance carriers want cases managed. 

Erica’s writing skills extend to her life as a published author of children’s books.
