Biography
Jacob Bodily (“Jake”) was born and raised in Cache Valley, Utah. Jake graduated in 2012, Cum Laude, from the Utah State University with his Bachelors of Science in Economics. Jake graduated from Baylor University, a nationally recognized “Top 5” litigation law school, in 2015 with his Juris Doctorate. While attending law school Jake was the Technical Editor for the Baylor Law Review, was a Dawson & Sodd Moot Court Semi-Finalist and a member of the Baylor Barrister Society.
After graduation, Jake embarked on a journey in the legal field that has spanned nearly a decade focusing on the minutia of proper defense progression with particular attention to the judicial writings that keep the defense file on course to a successful conclusion. Jake is an accomplished research and writing attorney dedicated to staying current with legal developments to ensure that clients receive the most up-to-date and informed legal counsel.
Jake is skilled in witness preparation, meticulously ensuring that each witness is fully equipped to deliver compelling and confident testimony.
Jake’s unique combination of skills and dedication makes him a valuable asset to Holden Litigation and its clients. Jacob has been married for 11 years to his wife, Shantel, and together share four children. During his free time, Jacob enjoys gardening, beekeeping, woodworking, and reading.
