Outcome: At the conclusion of the evidence the Court dismissed all claims against the defendants. The court also dismissed Plaintiff’s claims for breach of contract, discrimination, punitive damages and declaratory and injunctive relief against the remaining defendants. As to Plaintiffs claim for retaliation, the jury returned a verdict in Favor of all remaining Defendants except for Defendant Belmont. The jury found in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant, Belmont, on the issue of Retaliation and awarded damages in the amount of $100,00.00.
